From now on, residents of the town of Huachalalume have a new Unimarc supermarket, becoming the first opening of 2024 and consolidating the chain's presence in the Coquimbo region.

The newly inaugurated store, located at 401 Alcalde Waldo Street, features 912 square meters of sales area and meets the industry's highest standards. It stands out for its efficient use of energy with LED lighting, 6 self-service checkouts aimed at streamlining the customer checkout experience, and a wide assortment of products offered to customers, exceeding 6000 items, including regional products part of the 100% Nuestro program that supports and promotes local producers and entrepreneurs, meats, fruits and vegetables, bakery, among others.

This opening demonstrates the regionalist character of the chain, which seeks to expand its geographic presence throughout the country as well as highlight typical products from its areas.
