Unimarc is the only supermarket chain with stores in all 16 regions of Chile. Unimarc’s online offering, through Unimarc.cl and the Unimarc app, also serves all 16 regions of the country. In order to enhance the customer experience, through improved order accuracy, and to absorb higher levels of demand for e-grocery orders, Unimarc launched the first Micro Fulfillment Center in Latin America in 2022.

Alvi is self-service cash and carry store focusing on B2B customers. Through its stores and online sales channels, Alvi offers preferential prices through a comprehensive value proposition that primarily targets resellers who own mom-and-pop stores, small liquor stores, bakeries and pastry shops, hotels, restaurants, casinos and other institutions. Alvi has a loyalty program, Club Alvi, that offers a wide range of benefits that give members access to preferential pricing, personalized discounts, training courses, and other services to meet their business needs. The online channels Alvi.cl and Club Alvi Compras app allow club members to make purchases online, receive the merchandise at their places of business, and continue to serve their own customers, as well as offering a click and collect option.
