Chiloé and Iquique showcased regional production at EtM Day 2025 through local entrepreneurship

Entrepreneurs from various regions who are part of Unimarc’s 100% Nuestro program took part in EtM Day 2025, held at Parque Bicentenario. During the event, 12 suppliers showcased their products, highlighting the diversity of flavors and craftsmanship that define this initiative.
Participating SMEs included Pat Pot, A la Huerta de la Esquina, Chocoletto, Ambarghee, Caa Yari Mate, Chiloé Gourmet, Inclúyete, Sacapita, Tostaduría Nogal, Dulcería Lili’s, Miel Trapense and Almoking, with offerings ranging from native potatoes and inclusive products to artisanal chocolates, infusions, nuts and regional pastries.
Pat Pot and Chiloé Gourmet represented Chiloé Island in the Los Lagos Region. Ana Maldonado, co-founder of Pat Pot, shared: “Taking part in EtM Day through the 100% Nuestro program was a very positive experience. We were able to showcase what we do, connect directly with people, discover other inspiring projects, have meaningful conversations and build networks that, for those of us based outside Santiago, are sometimes difficult to access.”
Chocoletto represented the Tarapacá Region at the event. Claudia Bermúdez, the brand’s general manager, described the experience as “a great window to showcase our work at a national level, since being based in a region makes it more challenging to broaden our audience.” She added that “the support of the 100% Nuestro program has been fantastic, especially in terms of the networks and connections we were able to build.”
The program, which currently brings together 167 ventures—40% led by women and 75% based outside the Metropolitan Region—offered attendees a representative sample of local products from Arica to Magallanes.
Carlos Salamé, SMU’s Commercial Manager for Fresh Products, highlighted the company’s commitment to local entrepreneurship. “We are interested in continuing to work with SMEs across Chile, as they are a key engine of the country’s economy,” he said.
The presence of these producers at EtM Day reaffirmed Unimarc’s role in promoting local entrepreneurship and in building value networks that connect Chile’s flavors from north to south.
